This is a smoothie kind of drink for pain removal. The drink has many natural ingredients such as vitamins and minerals. It reduces inflammation of the knee joints and supplies vitamin C, Potassium, Silicon, Bromelain and energizes you.


  1. Organic Orange Juice
  2. Oatmeal 2 Cups
  3. Diced Pineapples or Pineapple Juice
  4. 40 gm Almonds
  5. 40 gm honey
  6. 7 gm Cinnamon


  1. Boil the water in a pot and put the oatmeal and stir such that the oatmeal gets cooked in the boiled water.
  2. Allow it to cool.
  3. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice to the oatmeal mixture.
  4. Add the almonds and cinnamon. It would be preferable if the almonds and cinnamon are ground well so that they would blend well with the oatmeal.
  5. Now add the honey as the last recipe.
  6. Put the whole mixture in a blender and grind them together.

The blended drink will be in the form of a pasty smoothie and it is good to drink it in this form. Take this drink every day and you can see that the pain is gone gradually.

The gradual relief that you get by drinking this would be a permanent relief because all the ingredients are natural. The magnesium, Potassium etc., that are available in the almond and honey will strengthen the knee.

The cold Treatment:

If the knee is injured during sports or other such rigorous activities it is always good to compress the knee area with ice cubes at least thrice a day.

  • Consuming grapes or grape juice would relieve from joint pain, a recent study suggests.

Apart from these remedies, it is always good to wear the right sized shoes, keep a check on weight, avoid doing heavy exercises without proper practice, avoid wearing heeled shoes for a longer time, have a healthy diet….
