Peach Crumble Recipe
- Jaggery – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tsp
- Cinnamon sticks – 2
- Peach (sliced with the skin) – 2
For the oats topping
- Oats – 2 tbsp
- Oat bran – 1 tbsp
- Almonds (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Walnuts (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Raisins – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
- Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
- Combine all the ingredients in ¼ cup water
- Mix well and let it cook till peaches become soft
- Mix oats, oat bran, almonds and walnuts and roast in a non-stick pan on slow flame till lightly browned
- Cool it.
- Add the raisins, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence.
- Blend in a mixie for 30 seconds.
- Spread the peaches on a lightly greased baking tray.
- Sprinkle the topping over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 to 20 mins till the topping turns golden brown.
