  • Aloe Vera Jelly

How Do We Prepare It?

Take the water in a vessel; bring it to boil using medium to high flame. Once the water starts to boil, remember to add the flaxseeds. Boil the flaxseeds until you obtain a gel-like a mixture.

Keep stirring the flaxseeds on a medium to high flame. Once the gel is obtained, add the green tea bags or the green tea leaves and allow the mixture to boil for some more time.
